- Eligible courses include: International Development MSc, International Law and Global Justice LLM, International Political Economy MA, Global Journalism MA, International Public and Political Communication MA
- Must be classified as an overseas fee‑paying student
- Must be permanently domiciled in an eligible low or lower‑middle income country
- Must not already hold a qualification equal to or higher than the intended course
- Must not have previously studied outside their country of residence
- Must be self‑funded and not sponsored by any government, organization, or scholarship body
- Cannot hold any other University of Sheffield or external funding award
- Must enroll full-time and start studies in September 2026
- Must meet all academic and visa requirements before enrollment
- Must accept course offer and submit visa evidence by specified deadlines
