Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to manage our trading platforms; taking clients from technical onboarding all the way to live trading; supporting colleagues, clients and technology partners to ensure excellent client experience. You will be seen as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and responsible for motivating team members, providing support and guidance, quality checking work and giving one‑to‑one feedback. As a representative in the industry – whether it’s communication with clients, negotiation with tech partners, or resolution of trading issues – you will train, coach and mentor the team to provide an excellent client experience, whilst supporting the team lead/manager and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring all contact channels are within SLA and escalating as appropriate, managing all queries in a professional and timely manner and acting as a role model for colleagues in identifying and resolving or escalating client issues with necessary prioritisation and urgency.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Team to support the technical onboarding of new clients, user acceptance testing and the launch of new processes, technology and products.
- On‑going maintenance and monitoring of all relevant system configurations and back‑office elements of the Institutional / Professional application stack.
- Perform trade reconciliations and settlement reporting.
- Monitor daily trading operations, client activity, and platform logs to proactively identify and resolve any potential issues.
- Manage, maintain and support trading platforms (MT4/5, PrimeXM, YourBourse hubs and our Proprietary Trading Platform).
- Conduct end‑to‑end trade investigations; resolve exchange queries and real‑time trading issues.
- Provide support to front‑office users on trading product suite.
- Act as key point of contact for trading, messaging and risk related issues to users.
- Test and execute production changes.
- Interact with senior management and traders daily.
