We are partnering with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking a Paralegal to join their Property Litigation team. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the London office and two days working remotely. The successful candidate will support solicitors while also building their own caseload. This role offers exposure to a broad range of property litigation matters, including:
- Breach of tenancy
- Anti-social behaviour and unauthorised occupiers
- Claims against leaseholders, including forfeiture
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare claim forms, pleadings, and witness statements.
- Prepare trial bundles and attend court to assist barristers.
- Conduct advocacy in county court for routine matters.
Ideal Candidate:
- Law degree (or equivalent) with previous litigation/dispute resolution experience, preferably in property law.
- Strong drafting skills with the ability to prepare pleadings and witness statements.
- First-class organisational and communication skills.
