Housing and Property Litigation Paralegal

We are partnering with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking a Paralegal to join their Property Litigation team. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the Leeds office and two days working remotely. The successful candidate will support solicitors while also building their own caseload. This role offers exposure to a broad range of property litigation matters , including: Disrepair claims Claims against leaseholders, including forfeiture Draft and prepare claim forms, pleadings, and witness statements. Conduct advocacy in county court for routine matters. Law degree (or equivalent) with previous litigation/dispute resolution experience, preferably in property law.
