Conflict Analyst

We are currently working with a legal global law firm who are looking for a Conflict Analyst to join them on a 12month FTC in London or Birmingham

You will be responsible for working closely with the New Business Conflicts Supervisor identifying any conflicts of interest or business issues and once identified, correcting them.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing new business intake requests,
• Assisting with the research of new client matters,
• Assisting in coding of engagement letters,
• Assisting in securing approvals of new matters from the Ethics Committee.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Conflicts Analyst in a similar setting.

This position is solely focusing on Conflicts and therefore there will be no AML/Compliance related requirements.
