Salary - Base Salary of 45,000 plus estimated service charge of 10,000 per annum.
Located on the Hauser & Wirth site in Bruton, Somerset, Da Costa and Roth Bar was Artfarm's first location. As an experienced and dynamic General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of our restaurant, bar, and events programme. You will be a thoughtful, team-oriented leader who combines operational excellence with a passion for food, local culture, and community. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient performance of all operational aspects, supporting staff, and enhancing guest experience.
