Responsible for the day-to-day cleanliness of the kitchens, crockery, cutlery and other cooking equipment, demonstrating a high level of commitment to health & safety and food hygiene standards. Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly by making sure everything is clean, tidy, safe and hygienic in accordance with Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Policies.
