We are urgently seeking an experienced HSE Manager for night shift work on a major construction site in Liverpool.
Details:
- Location: Liverpool
- Rate: £450 per night (Ltd company only)
- Shifts: Night shift
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all Health, Safety & Environmental aspects during night operations on a live construction site
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
- Ensure full compliance with UK HSE regulations and CDM 2015
- Lead incident investigations and support closeout of corrective actions
- Promote a strong, proactive safety culture among subcontractors and site teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager on construction projects
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent)
- In-depth understanding of UK construction safety legislation
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Able to work independently during night shifts
- Must operate as a Limited Company and hold appropriate insurances (including public liability and professional indemnity)
