Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 Depending on Experience + Car allowance

The role of a Health and Safety Consultant is to develop and manage key stakeholder relationships from conception to completion, providing the client with an amazing experience, offering a service that is built specifically for the client.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients, building tailored packages by identifying their specific requirements.
- Deliver clear legal advice to clients, surrounding all health and safety matters.
- Develop and implement health and safety management systems for clients’ projects.
- Conduct specialist risk assessments.
- Undertake H&S audits and write professional reports.
- Provide support developing and delivering training courses to new and existing clients.
- Focus on building business development opportunities by capitalising on your existing network and exploring new opportunities.
- Support acquisition of new projects by understanding all the services the company offers and demonstrating passion for Hunter Safety Group’s values.
- Support other team members by sharing your knowledge and expertise.
- Provide support to our internal business functions and processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NEBOSH Construction, Manufacturing experience
- Proficient IT and presentation skills
- Driving License
- Communicates clearly across all platforms, is engaging and can speak to anyone at all levels.
- Thrives in a fast-paced demanding environment and enjoys resolving conflict.
Desirable:
- Understanding of CDM 2015, COSHH, LOLER, PUWER, RIDDOR, Work at Height, Manual Handling, Welfare.
- Previous experience in a health and safety or consultancy.
