D7 Recruitment is exclusively seeking a dedicated GQRA/Internal Compliance Auditor to join a well-established Health and Safety company with a real family feel. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have extensive audit, risk management and quality assurance experience within construction, HSE Consultancy and manufacturing.
The GQRA/Internal Compliance Auditor will be responsible for carrying out a range of audits, assessments and inspections in line with business processes, quality management systems and HSEQ management systems, ensuring that the HSE Consultancy is operating in full compliance with the various standards that govern their construction projects and operational responsibilities. There is a particular focus on manufacturing construction works in a variety of challenging environments, including COMAH sites, major Automotive Production facilities, Food and Beverage Production sites and Aviation Facilities. There is also a number of high profile Data Centre Construction programmes across Europe so some travel may be required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertake compliance audits and site visits on all delivery projects within agreed time frames.
- Produce and issue audit findings in a timely manner.
- Share your knowledge and expertise within the team.
- Provide support to our internal business functions and processes.
- Achieve 100% on monthly KPIs set by the business.
- Adhere to all company policy and procedures.
- Undertake any reasonable request made by the directors and management team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- NEBOSH
- Construction auditing experience
- Experience of safety management systems
- Proficient IT and presentation skills
- Driving License
- Desirable:
- NEBOSH Diploma.
- Knowledge of European H&S legislations.
- Previous experience in constructions and/or Manufacturing industry.
Skills:
- Passionate about making a real improvement to occupational wellbeing, safety and health standards.
- High standard of written English, able to express and communicate effectively in writing.
- Confident interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively and develop professional working relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work productively remotely when required.

- Proficient level of IT skills, including proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Desire to learn and develop both professional and soft skills – equally able to mentor and guide when required.
- Able to organise, prioritise and manage own time to meet workload and job requirements.
