What You\’ll Be Doing

As a key part of the kitchen team, you\’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, working closely with fellow chefs and kitchen leadership to deliver consistently high-quality dishes. You\’ll take pride in every plate that leaves the pass, maintaining standards and bringing creativity to your craft.

Skills & Experience

• Comfortable working across multiple sections (e.g. grill, larder)
• Confident in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to spec
• High standards of hygiene and cleanliness

Previous kitchen experience is ideal, but a must is a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
