The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to take ownership of marketing across a small group of companies operating in homecare, healthcare training, recruitment and tech.
This is a broad, practical role. You’ll set direction, run campaigns, own performance and reporting, and make sure marketing activity delivers leads and results.
You’ll work closely with a Digital Marketing Executive, acting as the strategic lead while remaining involved in execution where it matters.
The role is for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and making decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own marketing strategy and priorities across multiple brands
- Plan and run campaigns across paid, organic, content and email
- Own reporting, analytics and insight (GA4)
- Track performance across CPC, SEO, content and lead generation
- Translate data into clear recommendations for the business
- Lead SEO strategy and content direction
- Write and sign off key copy (websites, campaigns, lead magnets)
- Oversee paid campaigns and budget performance
- Brief and prioritise work for the Digital Marketing Executive
- Act as the main marketing contact internally
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- 3–5+ years in a hands-on marketing role (agency or in-house)
- Confident using GA4 and reporting on performance
- Strong campaign thinking and commercial judgement
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Experience working across multiple channels and brands
- Comfortable using WordPress, Asana and marketing tools day to day
Desirable
- SEO strategy experience
- Paid media experience (Google / Meta / LinkedIn)
- Experience in healthcare, training, recruitment or regulated sectors
- Podcast, video or social-first content experience
