C4 Care is looking for caring, committed Carers / Support Workers to join our growing complex homecare team in Greater Manchester.

About the Role

As a Carer / Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care in line with best practice, legislation, and agreed care plans, supporting individuals within their own homes.

You will:

  • Deliver person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences
  • Support daily living tasks such as personal care, dressing, bathing, eating and mobility
  • Promote independence, wellbeing and community involvement
  • Follow care plans and report any changes in needs or concerns
  • Work collaboratively with families, colleagues and healthcare professionals
  • Uphold safeguarding, dignity, and respect at all times
  • Maintain accurate care records and attend required training to keep skills up to date

Shifts vary and include evenings, weekends and year-round support.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Driving licence and access to a car
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Caring, friendly and reliable nature
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing situations
  • Commitment to training, safeguarding and quality care

Desirable

  • DBS registered on the update service
  • Previous experience in care or a similar environment
  • RQF/NVQ qualification in Health & Social Care
  • Experience supporting individuals with additional or complex needs
