What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them stay independent, safe and connected to their communities. Your day might include:
- Delivering truly person-centred care tailored to individual needs
- Supporting with personal care, dressing, bathing, meals and mobility
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Helping people access their community and live full lives
- Following care plans and reporting any changes
- Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
- Every visit matters. Every interaction counts.
Shifts include evenings, weekends and year-round support.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence & access to your own vehicle
- Good spoken and written English
- Warm, caring and dependable personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible and adaptable mindset
- Commitment to safeguarding and high-quality care
Desirable (but not essential):
- DBS on the update service
- Experience in homecare or support work
- RQF/NVQ in Health & Social Care
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
