Notre client est un acteur reconnu de la construction et du service naval, spécialisé dans la conception, la construction et le maintien en condition opérationnelle de navires professionnels à forte technicité (navires de service, défense, pêche, offshore et unités spécialisées).
Votre mission Rattaché(e) au service Après-Vente, vous assurez le suivi technique, financier et contractuel des garanties des navires neufs livrés aux clients. Vous représentez l’entreprise auprès des armateurs durant toute la période de garantie et garantissez leur satisfaction.
Vos responsabilités
- Relation Client: Assurer un service après-vente orienté satisfaction client, Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des armateurs pendant la période de garantie, Fidéliser les clients et contribuer au développement de la relation commerciale.
- Technique: Analyser les problématiques rencontrées à bord, Identifier et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées, Coordonner les interventions avec les équipes internes et sous-traitants, Assurer le suivi technique complet des dossiers garantie.
- Financier: Gérer les provisions de garantie allouées, Optimiser les coûts et la marge associée, Assurer le suivi budgétaire et le reporting financier des affaires.
- Amélioration continue: Capitaliser le retour d’expérience (REX), Contribuer à l’amélioration des produits et des processus du groupe.
Profil recherché
- Ancien navigant (2nd mécanicien minimum) ou issu d'une formation technique supérieure (ingénieur, officier mécanicien, superintendant, responsable technique naval, ou expérience équivalente).
- Solide connaissance des systèmes navals (mécanique, électricité, fluides, équipements embarqués).
- Expérience en construction, réparation navale, SAV ou exploitation navire.
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes multi-techniques.
- Très bon relationnel client et sens du service.
- Organisation, rigueur et autonomie.
- Français courant - Anglais professionnel indispensable.
Benefits
