Job Summary
H5P is one of the most widely used EdTech solutions globally, with hundreds of millions of users. In July 2024, D2L acquired H5P to reinforce our mission of transforming learning experiences worldwide. We’re looking for a hands‑on, data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate our user and revenue growth. You’ll be the driving force behind experiments on our website, landing pages, campaigns, and automations – bridging marketing, product, and sales to ensure every visitor journey is clear, compelling, and conversion‑driven. This is a role for someone who loves to blend creativity with analytics. You’ll design and run experiments, build automations, refine our messaging with the product‑marketing team, and connect digital activity with real sales outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who has strong PLG experience and wants to help build a hybrid sales‑assisted (SLG) motion as we scale.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Run growth experiments across the full funnel: acquisition → activation → conversion.
- Own and optimize the website: build new pages, run CRO tests, improve UX, and drive signups/PQLs.
- Design and execute A/B tests and conversion flow improvements.
- Build lifecycle and automation flows for free users, trials, PQLs, and customers to onboarding and reduce time‑to‑value.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations and MOPS to shape a hybrid PLG → SLG motion and handoff process.
- Integrate product usage signals into CRM workflows and sales alerts.
- Support SEO and paid campaigns with landing page strategy and reporting.
- Analyze performance, report insights, and iterate quickly.
What You'll Bring to the Role
- 5–7 years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, lifecycle, or digital marketing (PLG experience required).
- Strong understanding of activation metrics, PQLs, and product usage funnels.
- Hands‑on experience with website platforms (Framer, Webflow), marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Instantly, Zapier), CRM (Salesforce), analytics tools (GA4), and A/B testing platforms.
- Excellent copywriting for landing pages, onboarding, and lifecycle emails.
- Analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into action.
- A startup mentality: scrappy, fast, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Preferred Additional Skills & Competencies
- Experience in EdTech or mission‑driven SaaS.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Familiarity with CMS (WordPress, Drupal) and basic HTML/CSS (React is a bonus).
- Experience using AI tools for testing or content creation.
- Understanding of event tracking frameworks.
Don't meet every single requirement? We strongly encourage you to still apply! At D2L, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment. We encourage your application even if you don’t believe you meet every single qualification outlined, because we love to help our people grow and develop!
Benefits

- Learning and growth opportunities.
- Tuition reimbursement of up to $4,000 CAD for continuing education through our Catch the Wave Program.
- 2 paid days off for Catch the Wave related activities like exams or final assignments.
- Employee wellbeing (Access to mental health services, EFAP program, financial planning and more).
- Competitive Benefits Package.
- Home Internet reimbursements.
- Employee referral program.
- Wellness reimbursement.
- Employee recognition.
- Social events.
- Dog friendly offices at our HQ in Kitchener, Winnipeg, Vancouver and Melbourne.
