Multi skilled Engineer (Plumbing Bias)

D2 are offering a fully qualified Multi-skilled engineer (plumbing bias) an excellent opportunity to work on a number of contracts in London and the surrounding areas. We are currently actively growing our organization and are looking for a highly-skilled and enthusiastic candidate with experience in multi skilled trades to join us on a permanent basis and who is willing to deliver a first class repairs service for a variety of their clients. Duties for the Multi-Skilled Role * Day-to-day responsive repairs * General void / occupied property maintenance and refurbishments * Programmed maintenance * Servicing and repairs Requirements for the Multi-skilled Role * Qualified plumber ( minimum City and Guilds / level 2 NVQ) * Certified in Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling * Excellent Health and Safety knowledge * Availability to work on a callout rota (1 in 4) – rota issued monthly in advance * Valid UK driving license * Holds a Vaid CSCS card * Experience within a similar position within a maintenance environment (min 3 years) MUST HAVE Experience in secondary trades (tiling, decorating, carpentry, handy man works) Benefits: * Attractive salary * Work van * Fuel card * Uniform provided * Training offered to ensure high standards are met * 20 days annual leave + bank holidays * Extra financial remuneration for call outs and over time * Perk Box (Employee rewards and benefits platform)
