Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an eager and qualified carpenter to join our fire door/fire stopping division. If you are passionate about safety, quality, and craftsmanship, we want you to be part of our team Duties Include: * Service Inspections / Surveys: Conduct thorough inspections and surveys of fire doors and related structures. * Repairs: Perform repairs to fire doors and other fire-stopping elements, ensuring compliance with safety standards according to BM Trada requirements. * Installations: Install fire doors and related components according to BM Trada requirements. * Fire Stopping: Carry out fire-stopping tasks to prevent the spread of fire, including sealing gaps and penetrations according to BM Trada requirements. Job Requirements: * Carpentry/Joinery Qualification NVQ Level 3: Must have a recognized qualification in carpentry or joinery. * CSCS Gold Card: A current CSCS Gold Card is essential. * Knowledge of BM Trada Standards: Familiarity with BM Trada installation and maintenance requirements. * Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team. * Attention to Detail: An eye for detail and a proactive, ‘can do’ attitude. * Full UK Driving License: A valid UK driving license is required. * Required Tools: Must have a full set of hand and power tools needed for the job. …
