D'Parys - our flagship pub, resides in the very town of our Grandfather’s brewery. Serving up beers made from the local water, our charming and charismatic pub and hotel is nestled in Bedford’s Victorian ‘urban vista’ of De Parys avenue. This magnificent site is nearby to the Bedford Park, bustling town centre, a short walk from the area’s proudest landmark (the Bedford Embankment) and just a fifty-minute train ride to the country’s capital.
Position
Your role as chef:
- Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion
- Take pride in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Adhering accurately and consistently to portion controls
- Carry out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions
- Ensure the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months chef experience
- Ability to work on your own initiative
