About the Role
This is a hands-on warehouse role with additional administrative and customer service responsibilities. It is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active while also being comfortable using computers, handling paperwork, and communicating with customers. The role involves more than simply picking and packing orders. You will be responsible for helping manage stock, handling goods inwards, preparing courier shipments, updating tracking information, and assisting customers both over the phone and at the trade counter. You will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse and wider business operations.
