About the Role
This is a split role (50% office / 50% warehouse) and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and staying busy throughout the day. You will be involved in the full order process from speaking with customers and processing orders, through to picking, packing and dispatching goods. The role can be fast-paced, particularly during busy periods, so it requires someone who can stay organised, focused, and productive under pressure. This is not a purely office-based role; you will be expected to move between desk work and physical warehouse duties throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers
- Processing orders via phone, email and messaging
- Taking payments and preparing relevant paperwork
- Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
- Handling goods inwards and restocking shelves
- Printing and applying courier labels
- Supporting stock control and general warehouse organisation
We are looking for someone who:
- Is hardworking, reliable and hands-on

- Has a positive, can-do attitude, even when the workload increases
- Is happy to be on their feet, lifting and moving items when required

Required Skills & Experience
- Confident telephone manner (minimum 1 year)
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
- Experience in sales, office work, or warehouse operations (preferred)
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and handle boxes safely up to 30Kgs
