Overview: Due to growth We are seeking a skilled and reliable Class 1 Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations across the UK. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in commercial driving . Duties: Safely operate a truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment Nights out may be required and paid extra. Skills: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proven experience as a truck driver or delivery driver Drivers CPC valid card Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members We offer competitive pay rates for this position. 20 Days Annual Holiday April - March (Excluding B/H) Full Uniform and PPE.
