We are currently seeking a Chef Manager to join the team at Brookside Residential Home. As a Chef Manager, you will be required to provide a high standard of catering at the Care Home while preparing high quality, nourishing meals for residents.

Working alongside the Home Manager, you will agree a menu which meets all individual residents' needs while working within budgetary constraints. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a catering environment involving the preparation and cooking of meals while being able to demonstrate a clear understanding of Food Safety Regulations and HACCP. An NVQ in Catering or equivalent is desirable.
