Bedford Borough Council is seeking a Highways Operative to join the permanent, full-time team in Bedfordshire.
You will maintain the public highway and drainage works in line with Works Orders to keep the road network safe and usable.
Working with a team of Operatives, you will use appropriate plant, vehicles and materials to deliver highway and drainage tasks, and participate in rosters for severe weather, winter maintenance and out-of-hours callouts where required.
