Bedford Borough Council are currently recruiting for a Care Assistant to join the team at Brookside Residential Home.

This role will involve working as amember of the care team; to provide care to the highest standard in accordance with the needs of the resident as assessed and planned, whilst being respectful of the individuality, privacy and dignity of the resident at all times.

The successful candidate will help to create and maintain a supportive, secure and friendly environment where residents can achieve maximum independence and choice.

Please note, this role will require a working pattern of 3 X 8 hour shifts including bank holidays and alternate weekends.
