Responsibilities:
- As a Personal Advisor you will work with Care Experienced young people age 18 to 25 years in a statutory capacity, supporting them to successfully transition to adulthood.
- The work will include working with separated and migrant young people so an interest and knowledge in this area of work would be beneficial.
- Pathway Planning enables this work to progress with young people, their families and/or carers to ensure they achieve their aspirations in all aspects of their lives.
- You will also undertake Duty alongside team colleagues.
- You will receive induction and regular supervision, as well as regular training linked to your annual Personal Progress Discussion.
- You will need a full driving licence and access to a car.
