Bedford Borough Council is seeking a caring and confident Client Affairs Officer to support clients who do not have capacity to manage their own financial affairs. You will work with Social Workers and Carers to handle money matters and ensure benefits are correctly claimed.
You will administer finances via appointeeship or deputyship, reconciling bank accounts, paying bills and ensuring that benefits are claimed accurately, while working within legal guidelines and both team and autonomous.
