We are seeking a highly organised and compassionate Care Home Administrator to support the smooth and efficient operation of Brookside care home. You will play a key role in providing administrative support to the management team, ensuring accurate record keeping, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
The Care Home Administrator is often the first point of contact for the home and will help create a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment while ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
