We’re working with a successful food manufacturer looking for a Technical Account Manager to manage key relationships with major UK retailers.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day technical relationships with major retail customers.
- Act as the main technical contact for key accounts.
- Manage specifications, audits, complaints and corrective actions.
- Work closely with Technical, Quality, NPD, Production and Operations.
- Support new product development and customer launches.
- Ensure retailer, food safety and quality standards are consistently met.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
About You
- Technical experience within food manufacturing/FMCG.
- Experience working with major retailers.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and technical standards.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, commercially aware and confident dealing with customers.
Up to £60,000 + excellent career development opportunities.
