The Senior Technical Account Manager will own key retail accounts, act as the main technical contact, and represent a food manufacturer at the customer level.
You’ll work closely with Commercial, NPD, Process, Operations and Supply Chain teams to lead initiatives, manage improvement plans and technical visits, and drive KPIs and scorecards.
There’s involvement in trials, shelf-life approvals and product launches, plus senior support to the wider technical team.
