This is a lucrative and huge growth opportunity for a proven Business Development Manager within the Commercial Solar world, offering a more rewarding package with significant growth opportunities into management.

Compensation: Uncapped commission (net value of project, not just profit) + annual bonus if target hit (£1.5 million) = realistic OTE of £160k. Hybrid working + unmatched holidays (35 days + 2 weeks off paid at Christmas). Clear path to progress into management (optional).

Company: The directors of the firm have been successful in commercial solar since 2010 and started this firm a year ago; they are already seeing consistent multi-million pound turnover without a full-time sales person due to their own network, reputation, and offering. They do not just offer national commercial solar installs at the highest quality but are also roofing specialists, able to convert and install on any roof.
