We’re looking for an experienced, fully qualified Bookkeeper to join a growing business in Perth. This is a varied, hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day financial operations and develop your responsibilities as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase and sales ledgers, invoices and credit control.
- Complete bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Process supplier payments and administer invoice financing.
- Prepare month-end accounts, financial reports and VAT figures.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and payroll administration.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.
About You:
- AAT, IAB, ICB or equivalent bookkeeping qualification.
- Essential: Experience using Xero.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Trustworthy, proactive and confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ambitious, with a desire to grow alongside the business.
