The package?
- Only have to work on one site at a time in Oxford (first year/site = 7.5MW across 15 roofs + EV chargers) - no far travel, no staying away etc
- Hybrid working - 3/4 days on site, 1/2 days from home
- Join a close knit team that are employee first and lead. The directors themselves are ex-project managers and ops directors (electrically qualified) - be led by guys that can actually support.
The company?
This multi-award winning, 12+ year established commercial Solar installer (since 2014), have become a dominant player in the UK and intend to keep growing. They have installed some of the largest UK solar projects to date. Now they need the maintenance!
- They install and service/maintain in the range of 100kw - 7.5MW as Principle Contractor
For the first year, this role will focus on the maintenance and service of a huge 7.5MW Solar PV installed site - after that you will move onto the maintenance, or install if preferred, of other huge multi-megawatt projects.
Requirements?
- Ideally you will have experience working on Solar and EV already. However, if not full training will be provided on all technologies - funded by the company
