The client is a very exciting firm that has been experiencing substantial growth and plans to continue doing so for the next 5-10 years with huge investment backing. They specialise in energy efficiency in the domestic housing industry, including a range of renewable products.

They need someone that can head operations from the Manchester office, be on site and lead from the front. They currently specialise in the North West but are looking to expand UK wide in the near future.

An extremely competitive package…

• £70,000 – £80,000 base salary (DOE) + Performance bonuses (guarantee of at least 10% annually) + Company Car & Fuel allowance + Progression to Directorship

Requirements?

• Experience in overseeing multiple Construction / Housing Refurbishment related contracts at one time in an operations based role.
• Health & Safety + on site qualifications
• Familiarity with PAS2030 standards and compliance (Preferred).
• Familiarity with various energy efficiency government-funding schemes (Preferred).
