Location: East Midlands

Salary: Circa £35k

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine sweet ambient food products in line with consumer trends
• Ensure all recipes and formulations are accurately documented
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market
• Ensure all products comply with UK food regulations and quality standards

Who We\’re Looking For:

• Experience in NPD within the food industry, ideally in sweet ambient
• A strong understanding of ingredient functionality and food science
• A proactive and innovative mindset with great attention to detail
