We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive NPD Technologist to support the successful delivery of new products from concept to launch. This is a key role within a thriving artisan bakery, who have been in operations for over 40 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research into market-specific standards for new product categories
- Develop and communicate clear testing plans, including compliance steps and required registrations
- Manage product trials and ensure suppliers are aligned with specifications and expectations
- Review formulations, packaging, labelling, and artwork for accuracy and compliance
- Liaise with authorities and stay up to date on relevant legislation, attending training as required
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to support quality assurance and timely product delivery
- Identify and resolve challenges during the NPD process, working closely with the bakery team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar technical, NPD, or compliance-focused role
