Multi Skilled Engineer / Shift Engineer

Multi-Skilled Engineer x2 Location: Industry: Food – FMCG Shift Pattern: I am looking for 2 experienced Multi-Skilled Shift Engineers to work for a prominent UK-based manufacturer specialising in fresh products to supply to major supermarkets and retailers. They are looking for Engineers to join their fast-paced, high-volume food manufacturing site running 24/7. You\’ll be part of a skilled team delivering reliable, cost-effective engineering support across the factory. A strong mechanical and electrical background (apprenticeship-trained preferred) Practical experience in troubleshooting and reactive maintenance Solid knowledge of PLCs, drives, pneumatics, and general fitting Proven experience in food manufacturing (advantageous but not essential) Stage 1: Face-to-face interview via Microsoft Teams focused on troubleshooting knowledge and team fit Stage 2: Site tour, mechanical & electrical assessments, and final interview with the Site Engineering Manager
