The Role:

As Marketing Coordinator , you’ll be at the heart of our brand’s campaigns and launches. Working closely with the Marketing, Digital, Creative, and NPD teams, you’ll help execute marketing plans, coordinate content, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for new product launches
• Coordinate timelines, content calendars, and asset delivery across channels
• Liaise with influencers, PR agencies, and internal teams to support brand activations
• Support in-market research, competitor tracking, and trend spotting
• Manage sample requests, product seeding, and event logistics
• Help maintain marketing materials, brand guidelines, and image libraries
• Support reporting and analysis of campaign performance

Who You Are:

• 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
• Passionate about makeup and in tune with Gen Z/beauty culture
• Highly organised with great time management and attention to detail
• Confident communicator and team player with a creative flair
• Experience with social media platforms, marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp), or influencer marketing is a plus!
