The role will focus on maintaining quality systems, internal auditing, external audit support, document control and general technical activities. /p p br /p p Key Responsibilities /p p br /p ul li Maintain and improve the Quality Management System. /li li Support compliance with strong BRCGS /strong , customer and legal requirements. /li li Plan and conduct internal audits and follow up corrective actions. /li li Support BRCGS, customer and other external audits. /li li Manage document control, procedures and quality records. /li li Assist with HACCP, risk assessments, traceability and food-safety activities. /li li Investigate quality issues, complaints and non-conformances. /li li Provide technical support to production and management. /li li Promote continuous improvement and high standards of food safety and quality. /li /ul p br /p p Experience Skills /p p br /p p strong Essential: /strong /p ul li Experience in a food manufacturing or food-packing environment. /li li Experience with quality systems and internal auditing. /li li Good understanding of food safety and document control. /li li Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. /li li Good communication and problem-solving abilities. /li /ul p br /p p strong Desirable: /strong /p ul li Experience with strong BRCGS /strong . /li li HACCP / Food Safety / Internal Auditor qualifications. /li li Previous Technical or QA experience. /li /ul p br /p p Career Development /p p This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in food technical and quality management.
