Role Overview
We are seeking a
Quality Systems / Technical Coordinator to support our food-packing operation.
The role will focus on maintaining quality systems, internal auditing, external audit support, document control and general technical activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
- Support compliance with
BRCGS , customer and legal requirements.
- Plan and conduct internal audits and follow up corrective actions.
- Support BRCGS, customer and other external audits.
- Manage document control, procedures and quality records.
- Assist with HACCP, risk assessments, traceability and food-safety activities.
- Investigate quality issues, complaints and non-conformances.
- Provide technical support to production and management.
- Promote continuous improvement and high standards of food safety and quality.
Experience & Skills
Essential
- Experience in a food manufacturing or food-packing environment.
- Experience with quality systems and internal auditing.
- Good understanding of food safety and document control.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable
- Experience with
BRCGS .
- HACCP / Food Safety / Internal Auditor qualifications.
- Previous Technical or QA experience.
