What You'll Do Lead customer NPD projects from concept to commercial launch. Develop innovative Health and Wellness supplements Work directly with leading supplement brands, advising on formulations, ingredients, flavours and product concepts. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Commercial and Operations to deliver projects successfully. Drive innovation, identify emerging trends and help shape future product categories. About You Experience in sports nutrition, supplements, functional foods or health and wellness products. Proven NPD, formulation or technical product development experience. Commercially minded with excellent customer relationship skills. Passionate about innovation and bringing market-leading products to life.
