We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Packaging Technologist to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for packaging, materials science, or product development, and provides the opportunity to work on innovative packaging solutions that support product quality, sustainability, cost-efficiency, and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and testing of new packaging concepts and materials for existing and new products.
- Support line trials, material evaluations, and compatibility testing across packaging formats (e.g., primary, secondary, tertiary).
- Work with suppliers to gather technical specifications and samples, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Help maintain packaging specifications, technical drawings, and documentation in line with company procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Production, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure packaging feasibility and alignment.
- Contribute to packaging sustainability initiatives, including material reduction and recyclability improvements.
