Due to the business's success, including significant distribution gains in the major grocery multiples, we now require a Head of UK Retail to continue winning and developing our business.

The role offers a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to develop and own a commercial strategy to drive profitable growth in 2024/5 and beyond.

Own-label FMCG experience is a must, as is proven experience in managing significant grocery accounts.

You are likely to be a National Account Manager at the top of their game who is ready to step up to their next challenge and wants to take their career to the Director level as this progression pathway is open with a retirement planned in the medium-term future.

With excellent commercial experience and strong Category Management, Joint Business Planning and Marketing exposure, you will have a proven track record of success within the FMCG industry.
