We are seeking two talented ERP Business Analysts/Product Owners to join our team as we embark on an exciting journey to replace our legacy systems with a market-leading ERP solution. In these crucial roles, you will help drive the ERP implementation and ongoing evolution of our systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our global business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As an ERP Business Analyst, you will:
- Gather and Analyse Requirements: Work with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into functional ERP requirements.
- Collaborate with Vendors & Stakeholders: Ensure business objectives align with ERP functionality by collaborating with internal teams and the ERP vendor.
- Testing and QA: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the ERP system meets business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Change Management: Support the transition to the new ERP system, including communication, training, and engagement across the business.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other business analysts to ensure end-to-end solutions across business functions.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and consultants, acting as a trusted expert on ERP processes.
As an ERP Product Owner, you will:
- Define Product Vision: Develop and communicate the ERP product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to reflect business needs.
- Sprint Planning & Execution: Work with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
- User Story Development: Write user stories and acceptance criteria to clearly communicate system requirements to developers.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements to optimize business operations.
- End-User Training & Support: Ensure smooth ERP adoption by providing training and ongoing support to users.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in an ERP Business Analyst or Product Owner role, ideally in a multi-national end-user company or consulting environment.
- ERP Knowledge: Experience working with ERP systems (full lifecycle implementation preferred).
- Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.
- Industry Experience: Experience working within B2B distribution and E-Commerce operations is a plus.
