We’re looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join a large, fast-paced food manufacturing site in Devon.
You’ll lead the site’s Quality teams, with direct reports including the Quality Manager and Quality Systems Manager, and oversight of the wider QA function.
- Managing NPD projects from factory trial through to launch.
- Ensuring new production lines meet all technical, quality and compliance requirements.
- Leading investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Driving food safety, quality and technical standards across the site.
We’re looking for an established Technical Manager with extensive food manufacturing experience. You’ll ideally have around 5 years’ experience at Technical Manager level, strong leadership experience and a proven understanding of retailer requirements, food safety and quality systems. This is not a step-up opportunity; previous Technical Manager experience is essential.
