Partnered with global leading manufacturers, this is a business focused on creating new technology to achieve net-zero within the construction industry. This role offers a clear path for career progression, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to life while being part of an award-winning and highly recognised organisation. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and optimisation of chemical processes from first principles. Assisting the R&D team to help optimise processes. Help with the management of the R&D project, peer review project proposals, review reports and make significant contributions Lead the research and development activities, including designing experiments, help design laboratory-scale studies, and evaluating the performance of different materials and systems. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure project objectives are met. What are we looking for? PhD in Chemical Process Engineering 5+ years of process design experience Experience in R&D process scale-up Proficiency in principal process design calculations.
