The business have a sensible approach to business and personal life with work finishing at 5pm and no weekend work.
This is a hands on and leadership role, day to day duties will include:
• Drive the efficiency of picking and packing.
• Management of drivers and vehicles.
• Manage 3rd party haulers
• Health & Safety
• Monitoring and driving team KPI\’s.
• Ensure that all products sent to customer are of acceptable quality/presentation.
