Are you a Junior Category Manager in the FMCG industry looking for a new challenge in 2025?

We\’re representing a food manufacturing business (branded & own-label), seeking a Category Manager for their sales/marketing team. This role reports into the Director and has 1 direct report (Analyst).

In order to be successful, you must have:

  • Category Management experience in the FMCG or retail industry.
  • Experience with grocers/retailers – such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl.
  • Previous experience launching a new brand.
  • Own-label experience.
  • Strong understanding of data sources such as Dunnhumby, Nielson, Kantar, etc.
  • Excellent presenting skills.
