Do you have a knack for building relationships, driving sales, and making beauty brands shine on shelf and online? We’re looking for a results-driven Account Manager to join our commercial team and help grow our presence across key retail and e-commerce partners.

The Role: As Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to contact for some of our most important retail accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and delivering commercial success. From building joint business plans to securing prime shelf space and analysing performance, you’ll be instrumental in growing the brand in-store and online.
- Manage and grow key retail and e-commerce accounts, both national and international
- Build and maintain strong buyer relationships through regular communication and planning
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies to hit sales and margin targets
- Work closely with NPD, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure flawless launches and execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and category performance
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sell-in decks for new launches
- Lead forecasting
