Join our team as a Supplier Assurance Manager, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards and driving supplier performance. Key Responsibilities: • Manage supplier approval and assurance processes for food suppliers. • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and supplier evaluations to maintain ongoing approval. • Oversee corrective actions and ensure compliance with company standards. • Collaborate closely with suppliers to build strong relationships and drive continuous improvement. • Support procurement initiatives to enhance supply base standards and efficiency. • Provide clear, accessible information to internal teams to support audits and compliance requirements. • Evaluate supplier performance and contribute to scorecard processes. About You: • A food-related qualification or relevant experience in a similar role. • Practical experience in systems auditing and a strong understanding of food safety standards (BRCGS Food, customer expectations, food legislation). • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a natural ability to coach and challenge constructively. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and self-motivated approach. • Comfort working with digital tools like Office 365, SharePoint, and supplier management systems. • The flexibility to travel extensively for supplier audits and assessments.
